Provided they sign the User Agreement on the state property register web portal e-qazyna.kz using the electronic digital signature issued by the National Certification Center of Kazakhstan

Landlords (authorized organization)
The authorized organization is a legal entity that provides services for leasing unused defense objects according to the resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 29, 2019, No. 637. Access to the authorized organization (Republican state enterprise "Kazarnaulyekport (Kazspecexport)" of the Committee for State Defense Orders of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan) is automatically provided by the BIN included in the electronic digital signature of the legal entity.
